Pierre Gonalons
Pierre Gonalons is a designer and decorator based in Paris. Born in Lyon to a family with Italian cultural roots, he developed an appreciation for heritage and art history at an early age.
A graduate of the Camondo School, Pierre Gonalons quickly made a name for himself with his unique vision of design and space.
He founded his design studio at the age of 23 and designs for prestigious companies alongside his self-published and limited edition collections for international galleries.
Major brands and publishers quickly came to trust him for the relevance of his designs, but also for the visual and narrative worlds he develops in each of these collaborations.
His creations strike a balance between simplicity and spectacle, prioritizing the expression of traditional materials and artisanal expertise, which he considers a source of inspiration. He champions minimalist design, infusing it with references to decorative arts and pop culture.
Ranked among AD magazine's top 100 designers in 2019, he participated in the AD Intérieurs exhibition that same year. Pierre Gonalons' work has been featured in major publications in numerous international magazines.
He has been collaborating with the MiniMasterpiece gallery since 2018 to create wearable sculptures.
